After a summer lull, the Property Development Committee has resumed its meeting schedule for the Fall. Our Detailed Planning Application (DPA) was submitted to the District of North Vancouver in late July and is now under detailed review by multiple departments. We expect to get informal feedback soon but do not anticipate things moving forward in a formal way until after next month's municipal election.
