Many thanks to those who came out on Tuesday morning’s hike. Our little group keeps growing and after a night of torrential downpours, nine of us set off to brave the weather. The tranquil trial meanders around Rice lake in the Lower Seymour Conservation reserve and then follows the west bank of Lynn Creek. As we made our way through the woods, we were blessed with a break in the rain and even teased with a few sunny moments. That is, until the skies opened up on our final climb back to our start point, but by that time we didn’t mind. We were ready for coffees and treats from the End of the Line General Store.
