Terrified by Love Terrified by Love Terrified by Love

On this third Sunday after Epiphany, we are considering our call, our vocation. It is fitting that on this Sunday we are partnering with the Vancouver School of Theology (VST). The Mission statement of VST is to train thoughtful, engaged and generous Christian leaders.

In our service today we will hear a message from Rev Dr Richard Topping, principle of the school and Rev Sharon will be preaching a sermon written by one of the students: Sam Andri.

This is VSTs 50th Anniversary! And what an exciting time. The school is embarking on new partnerships, has welcomed new faculty and continues to accept more students. As part of the school’s 50th there are plans in place to create more teaching space on the main floor of the school – a flexible space that will accommodate a class of 60, special event gatherings and public lectures. There are also plans for the chapel including a renaming, a carbon neutral footprint, upgraded food preparation space, and study and relaxation space. Happy Anniversary!
